Communication & Technology:

At Fair & Square Construction, we understand that it's not always possible for our customers to monitor the progress of their project in person. We keep customers informed by e-mailing weekly progress reports and photo slideshows. We can also send invoices and statements electronically during the monthly billing process if this suits your needs.

For a more involved report of the entire process, we work closely with StructureTek, a document management company. This company documents the entire building process and provides electronic copies of every estimate, invoice and correspondence that we have on file.

Budgeting:
A large part of any building project is the budgeting. During the planning stages of any project, Fair & Square Construction Managers estimate the building costs and create a budget plan for the project. Every month after billing, the budget is updated and copied to the customer.

Billing:
Our billing department strives to provide accurate invoices and documentation of all the charges for every month of the project. Our office staff is well trained in Quickbooks for Construction and strives to make sure your billing is both easy to understand and timely.
