Wayne Adamo, President & Founder: Wayne started the company in 1980 along with his friend and partner Gary Painter. After many years working in the field as both carpenter and supervisor, Wayne now acts as the company's CEO and manages the office and advises the construction managers. Bill Badaracca, Construction Manager: After receiving a Masters' degree at the University of Cincinnati in 1986, Bill moved to Steamboat Springs in 1989. Bill joined Fair & Square in 1996 and became a construction manager two years later. Bill has overseen the completion of more than a dozen projects with finishes ranging from entry level homes to multi-million dollar custom homes. Ron Davies, Construction Manager: After receiving a degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Colorado, Ron pursued a career in the construction industry. Ron was hired on as a carpenter for Fair & Square in 1993. After five years, Ron was promoted to jobsite supervisor. Now as a Construction Manger, Ron works closely with the US Green Building Council to promote sustainable building in the company's projects. As a LEED accredited professional, Ron guides the building process for projects to receive LEED certification. He even implemented sustainable building in his own newly completed home which was featured during Steamboat Spring's Green Home tour in 2007. Brian Arel, Construction Manager: After earning a bachelor's degree at University of Maine, Brian began his career with the company in 1998 as a carpenter. After learning the trade for 4 years, Brian began supervising his own jobsites. As construction manager Brian has overseen projects both large and small including a 13,000 sq. ft. duplex on the ski mountain. |
