At Fair & Square Construction, we understand that it's not always possible for our customers to monitor the progress of their project in person. We keep customers informed by e-mailing weekly progress reports and photo slideshows. We can also send invoices and statements electronically during the monthly billing process if this suits your needs.

Budgeting

A large part of any building project is the budgeting. During the planning stages of any project, Fair & Square Construction managers estimate the building costs and create a budget plan for the project. Every month after billing, the budget is updated and copied to the customer.

Billing

Our billing department strives to provide accurate invoices and documentation of all the charges for every month of the project. Our office staff is well trained in Quickbooks for Construction and strives to make sure your billing is both easy to understand and timely.
