Ron Davies, CEO

After receiving a degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Colorado, Ron pursued a career in the construction industry. Ron was hired as a carpenter for Fair & Square in 1993. After five years, Ron was promoted to jobsite supervisor. Now, as the CEO, Ron implements sustainable and energy efficient building practices throughout all projects. He feels that a well-built home with attention to detail, along with energy-efficient components and systems is the most sustainable way to build. He even implemented sustainable building in his own home which has been featured during the Steamboat Springs Green Home tour and in Homelink Magazine.

Brian Arel, Project Manager

After earning a bachelor's degree at the University of Maine, Brian began his career with Fair & Square in 1998 as a carpenter. After 4 years he became a jobsite supervisor. In 2007, he became a Construction Manager and has overseen a variety of mid-level to high-end projects ranging in size from small to large.

Gary Warchol, Project Manager

Gary moved to the Yampa Valley area in the early 1990’s. He has been with Fair & Square Construction since 1998 and became a Project Manager in 2017. His insight and expertise have been invaluable as he strives to create homes that will leave a legacy.

Zachary Klohr, Project Manager

As a Routt County local, Zach has spent most of his life in the Yampa Valley. He started his career with Fair & Square Construction in 2002 as a laborer and in 2024 became a Project Manager. His hard work and dedication have given him the resources and skills needed to provide the highest quality workmanship.
